Sejarah yaitu ibu dari ilmu pengetahuan. Darinya seseorang dapat menerima pengertian yang lebih dalam mengenai suatu hal. Ketika ini, mencari info seputar apa malah telah cukup mudah seperti umpamanya sekiranya Anda mencari info mengenai sejarah Islam Anda dapat mencarinya di beberapa blog Islami yang beredar di dunia maya. Keterbatasan jalan masuk terhadap kabar sekarang telah kian berkurang. Kembali pada pembahasan mengenai memahami Islam melewati sejarahnya. Islam sebagai sebuah agama yang sudah lahir sejak abad keenam masehi tentu telah melewati bermacam-macam dinamika sejarah yang panjang. Darinya banyak hal yang dapat seorang muslim ambil hikmahnya.

Sejarah merupakan sebuah kisah kehidupan yang diceritakan kembali. Itu pula dengan sejarah Islam. Kisah-kisah Islami yang telah diceritakan secara turun temurun adalah salah satu pembelajaran yang berharga dalam memahami Islam lebih dalam. Kisah dalam sejarah Islam bisa dibagi dalam beberapa jangka waktu merupakan jangka waktu kenabian, teman, tabiin, tabiu tabiin, dan seterusnya. Dalam setiap periode terdapat dinamika kehidupan beragama yang berbeda beda yang mana dapat memberikan pemahaman yang menyeluruh mengenai Islam hingga saat ini.

Pada jangka waktu kenabian, jangka waktu ini yaitu jangka waktu permulaan bagi kemunculan Islam. Tentu saja eksistensi nabi Muhammad di tengah masyarakat muslim saat itu menjadi pusat pemahaman tentang Islam. Kisah-kisah mengenai kemuliaan dan keelokan tata krama Rasulullah dalam pelbagai hal dapat menjadi cermin agama Islam yang hakekatnya. Oleh karena itu sejarah Islam pada jangka waktu ini tergolong sejarah patut dikenal oleh segala umat Islam supaya benar-benar bisa memahami alangkah cantiknya ajaran yang diturunkan oleh Allah via nabi-Nya yang mulia, Muhammad shalallahu alaihi wassalam.

Berikutnya masa sahabat, pada masa teman ini yaitu masa dimana nasehat dan junjungan besar umat Islam nabi Muhammad shalallahu alaihi wassalam sudah wafat.
PenaUngu.com digantikan oleh teman-sahabat terbaiknya. Pada jangka waktu ini banyak kisah-kisah teman yang bisa diteladani oleh segala umat. Kisah mengenai pemimpin yang adil, panglima yang pemberani, hartawan yang gemar memberi menghiasi jangka waktu ini. Banyak blog Islami yang memuat kisah-kisah tersebut supaya dapat menjadi teladan bagi semua. Generasi terbaik dari junjungan yang terbaik adalah contoh yang pas untuk memahami Islam lebih dalam.

Jangka selanjutnya yaitu periode tabiin dan tabiu tabiin. Waktu ini menjadi periode perkembangan yang menjadi kelanjutan dari penyebaran Islam yang telah dikerjakan oleh para teman sebelumnya. Pada periode ini umat Islam bisa melihat tokoh-tokoh bersahaja, tangguh, berani, adil, cerdas, dan sekaligus beriman padahal mereka tidak pernah sekalipun berjumpa dengan Rasulullah shalallahu alaihi wassalam. Dari tokoh-tokoh hal yang demikian umat Islam ketika ini bisa mengenal, mempelajari, dan memahami bermacam ilmu pengetahuan mengenai Islam. Kitab-kitab yang ditulis pada masa ini menjadi rujukan banyak ulama kontemporer. Oleh sebab itu kisah-kisah mengenai tokoh-tokoh hal yang demikian menjadi amat pas untuk dibaca dan diikuti. Dikala ini telah banyak blog Islami yang menyediakan kisah sejarah Islam hal yang demikian. Ayo pahami Islam lebih dalam lewat sejarahnya!
